Actually WORKS

Lately I've let my cholesterol go the wrong way and was recommended by my doctor to cut my intake of fried foods / fast food etc. I just happened to get a sample of these two weeks after and I hadn't really listened to my doctor yet. I got this for my mom as she has had issues with high cholesterol for a few years now (she's over 50). According to her and her doctor, it really works! She has seen improvement in her cholesterol levels and even a slight weight loss since she started taking them, and has repurchased the supplement so she can continue to improve.The capsules are easy to swallow (though apparently they can cause a slight stomach upset in the first week) and are based on mostly natural ingredients, which is great.
