So easy to incorporate into my daily routine

ChoLessterol - improving cholesterol

The pills are the normal size of most vitamins. They are very dark brown in colour & have a slightly sweet taste to them. There is no after taste to them, upset stomach or gas after taking them. My doctor told me to watch my cholesterol, but she won't test for until next year, so I can't see if it is helping to improve my levels yet. If it does, I will definitely continue to take it.

Not sure of efficacy, but easily tolerated

Almost through my bottle. No problems tolerating and easy to take twice a day with breakfast and supper.

Easy to swallow

I started these capsules taking 2 for 25 days. I have high cholesterol and had a test prior to taking these and just went for another and awaiting results to confirm that these capsules contributed to lowered cholesterol

Good supplement

This is a great addition for anyone dealing with high cholesterol as it was easy to add to my every day routine. The capsules are all natural and diary, gluten, wheat or yeast free so that was definitely a benefit for me, as I'm lactose intolerent and sometimes its difficult to find supplements that are dairy free. While there is no way to fully know if they has impacted my cholesterol, its easy to take daily in support of other methods.

I was not happy with ingredients

I am very careful with what I use and I’m not very happy that this product has ingredients that can be dangerous to those with heart conditions I don’t feel right sharing this with followers and feel this product should be under doctor recommendations. Not happy with the things I found that are contained in product.

Cholesterol reducer

I have been taking these capsules now for a month and have not noticed one single change in anything. They are easy to take and incorporate into your day however they have done nothing to change how I feel, to assist in loosing weight along with other weight loss techniques and I feel no different than a month ago.

Works great

The Swiss Natural cholesterol helped lower my cholesterol numbers. I was a little bit skeptic but my numbers did get better. Bonus is that it is natural.

Easy change for your health

I used this product by taking the dosage of 2 capsules/day. Plant sterols are something my doctor has recommended to increase in my diet. I like that this supplement can help support your diet. I don't know my actual cholesterol numbers, but I do know that my doctor was happy with my blood test results, which I had done yesterday after taking this product long enough to go through a full bottle. That's more than enough for me to keep using the product because it's an easy way to increase my consumption of plant sterols, which in turn helps my overall cholesterol levels.

No negative effects

I've been taking Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for two weeks. That isn't really enough time to see a real change in my cholesterol but I can say that it didnt upset my stomach or have any negative effects. I also feel that Swiss Naturals is a trusted brand so I intend to keep taking it and will update my review.
