While I suffer from a tad higher cholesterol, I e been taking these for 5 days before my blood work and they have reduced a tad by cholesterol levels. It’s still earlier but it appears to be working! I’ll keep using them and see by my next tests in 3 months if they do in fact work

Great product

I wanted something more natural before going down the medication road. It’s got plant sterols which are supposed to help block cholesterol, and it’s just two softgels with food, super easy. No side effects so far, so that’s a win.

I’ll give it a few weeks and see if anything changes, but figured I’d try it since it gets good reviews and feels like a small step in the right direction.
