This is a super great product to lower cholesterol. I was very impressed with the product and actually bought another bottle once this one was finished. I will continue using!

Easy Addition to Wellness Mornings

I’ve been taking Swiss Naturals Cholesterol for the past three weeks. Although the pill is on the larger side, it’s easy to swallow and fits smoothly into my morning supplement routine. I take it after breakfast and haven’t experienced any bloating or stomach discomfort. The packaging is neat and secure, and the capsule has no unpleasant aftertaste. I also value that it's made by a reputable Canadian brand known for natural ingredients. While it’s too soon to comment on its effectiveness, I’d recommend it to anyone seeking a natural cholesterol reducing option.

Easy to Swallow, Science-backed

Swiss Natural's ChoLessterol are easy to swallow with the gel caps and I was able to use the product with no adverse reactions. I like that Swiss Natural attempts to lower cholesterol using plant sterol esters and has some science-backed data suggesting that taking two gel caps a day may lower LDL-cholesterol by 4-7%. I'm hoping that my next cholesterol test will show a decrease too.

It is the time for a natural alternative

This product was sent to me for reviewing purposes at the most important time for me. I had just had a meeting with my doctor to discuss my blood tests , especially the high cholesterol. Sigh… I was able to obtain a delay of a few months before I start the treatment with statin medication. I have until August to prove ( to myself) that with targeted diet and physical activity I can avoid taking statin. Now, with Cholessterol from Swiss Natural I have another tool that I can use. It’s easy to take by mouth and independent studies very clearly proved that plant sterols are very effective in lowering the bad cholesterol. It will take some time before I’ll do new blood tests but for now I’m very optimistic. I didn’t have any side effects since I started and I’ll continue taking it .

Easy to use!

My doctor was a it worried about my cholesterol and LDL levels being a bit too high so she asked me to make some lifestyle changes and asked me to consider a statin, to which I said definitely not. Therefore this product came to the rescue in the meantime! The gel caps are easy to take, mind you they are on the larger side, but the fact that they are gel capsules makes them much easier to take, but most importantly, they work! My bloodwork after 3 months of taking this decreased both my cholesterol and LDL, so I would consider this a win! My family is trying to use more plant-based products and this fits right in with that! I would recommend this product for anyone who has been asked to make modifications to their lifestyle to lower cholesterol (please always speak to your doctor before anything, this is not a medical opinion)! A simple and natural way to lower cholesterol

I started trying Swiss Natural Cholessterol capsules a week ago. I take 2 capsules daily with meals. I like that they are gluten-free, and easy to swallow. I haven’t suffered any side effects but I am not sure if they have reduced my cholesterol. I guess I will find out next week after I do my blood test.

Great Product to Try

I have been taking this for the last two weeks. I have taken two pills a day. Easy to take and no downside to it! Now when I go for my cholesterol testing I hope to see a difference.
