Plant sterol sources are from common vegetable oil

I got this for free from butterly in exchange of my honest review. I have been using Swiss natural products in the past 7 years and i especially love their digestive enzymes and energy solutions. The quality of their products are really good and Canadian made as well. However, i am unable to rate the product 5 stars due to the sources of plant sterols. It is from soybean, canola, sunflower snd corn oil. I was expecting avocado oil, olive, flaxseed or coconut oil as sources. Also, i am not sure if the diarrhea and headache i get is from this Plant sterol supplement but i did have some oily stools whenever i take it. It makes me think that i am probably unable to digest or absorb this supplement. But overall, it looks like a good quality product.

I have tried this product for two weeks. It says that it is clinically proven to lower LDL cholesterol provides peace of mind to me. I do believe it can improve and manage cholesterol levels. This blend includes a variety of high-quality oils which gives me confidence of taking them. Indeed it is providing an extra layer of support for your heart health.
