I have been consistently taking these in the morning and at supper. My cholesterol was boarding the high last doctor's checkup so I am hoping these have helped.

I received these as a free sample to try. I have been told by my dr that my cholesterol is a bit high so I wanted to give these a try. I'm not sure how effective they are until a blood test but they are easy to take and I haven't noticed any side effects.

I have mildly elevated total cholesterol and LDL, and would like to try natural and dietary solutions to lower it before using medications. I find cholesstrol with vegapure easly to swallow with no bad taste.It has many good oils in the capsule which I believe should improve my health. I have used it for only one week

Lowering cholesterol

to incorporate into my daily regime and doesn't appear to cause any upsets in my body. If they work as they claim, then I am hoping my slightly high cholesterol is lowering. I will be getting my blood work done this fall hopi g along with changing diet it helps
