Lazy way to lower cholesterol

Clever name. The bottle includes large, smooth soft gel capsules of a deep mahogany colour. They are easy to swallow if you don't have issues with pills. Would require 2 blood tests to see if it actually affects cholesterol levels which I don't care to do but doesn't hurt to add something natural to the daily pill-taking routine, especially if I'm eating terribly and expect to have high cholesterol.

So far, the experience has been positive. The capsules are a manageable size and don’t have any strong odor or aftertaste, which I appreciate. Somewhat effective but kinda made me gassy

After using for about a week , i can say these do work so i guess the science behind these is solid. But like many others they do make me a bit gassy. Will continue to use it after i stop my current medication. Overall i would say my experience was positve

Easy to ingest

I’ve taken it for a few days now. Haven’t had any follow up blood work to confirm but will have to in order to determine effectiveness. Easy to ingest and doesn’t leave any after taste.
