Help to reduce hot flashes

I found this product to be a great way to help me with my nighttime hot flashes. While they didn't fully disappear, they were lessen by at least 70 percent. Its great this is a natural product, which I found didn't give me some of the side effects of most products I have tried in the past.

Great Results

I've been trying it for the past few weeks, and I'm genuinely impressed. I've noticed a definite improvement in my sleep quality, energy and a reduction in the frequency of night sweats. Definitely worth a try if you're going through menopause and looking for natural support.

Didn't notice any difference

Took as directed, did not notice any difference or change. I also do not like that it is capsules as they get stuck in my throat unless I eat immediately after taking.

Helped With My Symptoms

I tried this product with an open mind knowing that it may or may not work. Pleasantly surprised that it did indeed seem to help with the hot flashes quite a bit. That was the symptom I seemed to notice having the most impact on. I haven't been able to find it in stores here in town to purchase it myself but will look for it when I go to a larger community for sure.

I love that this is a drug-free, natural solution, and I have noticed a decrease or shift in a couple of areas, but mainly with night sweats and hot flashes so far. And I haven’t had any negative effects.

Menopause freedom

Hi there. I was chosen to review this free product from Butterly. This product is coming at the right time for me. I do believe I am currently going through menopause symptoms. I am on my second bottle

I take 2 capsules every morning! The difference is I feel amazing, more energy throughout the day. Better focus and mental clarity. No more feeling foggy or off balance. I love that it supports hormonal balance without any harsh side effects. This supplement is now part of my morning routine. I have thyroid problem, I had thyroidectomy back in 2010. Once in a while I will feel off balance and feel the fatigue even with talking Synthroid everyday. But ever since I started taking Menolibrium, I felt like I have the full energy everyday.

Great supplement

Rhis supplement is great it helps give me energy to get through the day. It helps me feel uplifted and energized throughout the day. I find I fall asleep faster at night and feel better rested when I wake up as well.
