Love that it’s Natural

I took these every day for a month. It’s important to take with food as it did upset my stomach when I took without. I didn’t really notice a difference until the last week or so. It does say on packaging that it takes 6-8 weeks to notice a difference. I would definitely try again.

No results felt

I didn't not getting any relief from using this product. My sleep was still disturbed and I was still very uncomfortable with the hot flashes. Everyone is different and I am still searching for a solution.

Cooler Heads Shall Prevail!

So my body is changing, so I'm calling this perimenopause. I can't honestly say that I have had significant or excessive hot flashes but I definitely don't like crowds or crowded rooms! I do feel that I can tell whenever I am just about to be hot and change locations to avoid feeling crowded. But I don't know if that's related to this upcoming transition! Lol
I have felt very "even" during the month that I've been using this "red clover" pill and can see myself continuing to use it and possibly rely on it more as the transition becomes permanent.

Big help

I am so glad that I started rated this product. My peri menopause symptoms are such a pain in the neck to deal with. Didn't really notice a difference

I tried Promensil, but didn't really see any difference in my peri-menopausal symptoms. I really hoped it would be effective, but no luck. I would still recommend for others to try it as perhaps, it may be helpful for others further along in their menopausal journey. I did not feel any negative side effects. It is easily swallowed & doesn't leave a bad taste.
