Took as directed, did not notice any difference or change. I also do not like that it is capsules as they get stuck in my throat unless I eat immediately after taking.

Sorry, but this product did not work for me. It didn’t make any difference in the perimenopause symptoms that I have been having. Do not recommend!!!!!!

Relief From Menopause

I was very excited to be chosen for this product and was looking forward to the relief of some menopause symptoms. There was a bit of a delay in getting the product to me, but I was eager to try it once it arrived. Sadly, the ingredients in this product seemed to have the opposite effect for me. My night sweats and hot flashes increased and I was still as fatigued and unable to sleep as I was before. I do not suffer from melancholia or vertigo, so these were not applicable. I would still recommend this product to others, as it might work for them, but sadly it did not achieve the results I was looking for.

didn't do much for me

I was rather disappointed with this product. It didn't help any of my symptoms which was disappointing as I have several friends who have tried this and it worked wonders for them. I might just be a one-off or maybe I haven't been using it long enough, I'm not sure. I might have to review after a longer time using it.

Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try Swiss Natural Menolibrium herbal relief therapy capsules. Unfortunately, this is not a product for me. Starting with the packaging, it tells you what the herbal medicinal ingredients are but not exactly what they do. They give you a general overview of the symptoms they are supposed to relieve, but not being familiar with all herbal ingredients, the words meant nothing to me without context. It would have been nice to see “ingredient X helps hot flashes”, for example.

Next, the instructions say to take 1 capsule twice a day. This is very vague to me. When? With food or without? Take it with a certain liquid or steer clear of certain liquids, like grapefruit juice? Can I use this in conjunction with current herbal supplements or my other prescription medications?

I could have looked over all of this if I felt relief in any aspect of what they claim to help with. Quoting from Amazon, it is “clinically proven to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, melancholia, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness.” For me, I did not see relief from any of these. In fact, it seemed to increase my insomnia, fatigue, and night sweats.

I wish I had had more success with this product, but it had no effect on me and it would not be something I bought or recommended.

Not for me

This product is not for me, I currently am going through menopause but I did not notice any change or anything different with me. I might give it another chance just in case it takes a little longer to see effectiveness,

Pré ménopause ?

Malheureusement pour moi, pas de différences dans mes symptômes de pré menopause ! Par contre je n’ai pas de chaleur ou de sécheresse donc à ce niveau je ne peux pas juger de l’efficacité non plus !

Menopausal Aide

Received Swiss Natural Menolibrium as a promotional item to trial from Butterfly. All natural ingredients.
I would recommend this product for those seeking relief from menopausal symptoms. We each tolerate hormonal changes and the aides differently from the next woman. Personally, I believe with my current regime of daily meditations, impeded my ability to benefit faster than the one month supply that I received.

Felt no difference

First week of taking it I got a bad headache so I stopped for a week then started to take it again as instructed. I have a lot of joint pain which was why I wanted to try this, but didn't find it made any difference. My rheumatologist doctor also advised against it since herbal remedies are not regulated.

Meh

It is natural but I do not think it made much of a difference, in fact it seems to increase my hot flashes and fatigue. I took it for a few weeks and I found that it was causing me to be very gassy all the time. My sleep was very disturbed so it is another factor that I would not purchase this product.
