Definitely felt some benefits

This product did help with my joint pain and frozen shoulders, but I did not feel it was a comprehensive solution for all my symptoms. I would keep looking for a better option for myself that would help with more symptoms than this product.

The all natural aspect of this product is a fantastic option for most people - I do not like adding unnecessary chemicals to my diet and lifestyle.

This really works to subdue those night sweats!

I’ve been taking this for about a month and have noticed that my night sweats have decreased significantly! I like that it’s all natural, as well. I would highly recommend this product if you’re suffering from those menopausal symptoms.

Helped a little.

I received Menolibrium free for my honest review. I still had fatigue and evening/night sweats but perhaps not as severe or as long without it. Hard to tell as I'm peri-menopause/still have period monthly and my symptoms are not everyday. I would need a longer trial to know.

Hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, joint pain and more? Take these! It has been helping me with my symptoms and since I am already on so many medications for my autoimmune diseases, it is nice to have an herbal one.

Works and it's all natural

Was a bit late reviewing this because I really wanted to see if it works and it does. I suffer from mile menopause. I have restless leg syndrome, hard time sleeping, sometimes hot flashes. I found that this product actually lessened the symptoms. Will be adding this to my vitamin regimen going forward.

Amazingly perfect

I am in premenopause now and I do suffer from hot flashes often along with other symptoms. I found this product to help 100%. It's amazing honestly. Also being type 1 diabetic with fibromyalgia and they both make the hot flashes so much worse.
I've been taking the Swiss Natural Menolibrium 2x everyday as per instructions and I can honestly say they have improved my life.

Not for me

This product is not for me, I currently am going through menopause but I did not notice any change or anything different with me. I might give it another chance just in case it takes a little longer to see effectiveness,

Saw results

While I am in the early stages of perimenopause, I was eager to try this product to help with moods and physical changes. What I noticed after starting taking these was that my sleep improved grately. I cant say that I was very regular with remembering to take them twice a day which probably would have shown more results with mood and physicality

High Hopes

Having had menopausal symptoms for a few years (specifically hot flashes) and loving natural products, I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately the one thing I was really hoping it would help - hot flashes - it really didn’t. I did find though that I slept better and felt more relaxed.

Menopause Meds

I was quite suprised how well this herbal product worked. I works just as good or better as the prescription medication that I take. I take a low dose blood pressure pill that works very good for menopause symptoms. However the price of the Swiss Natural product is very expensive compared to what I pay for the other as my health plan pays for most of it. If you can afford this product in these tough economic times then I would definately choose the herbal option. I really like this product but the price is just too high and my health plan would not cover it. Great product Swiss Naturals!
