Not Useful for My Particular Gut Issue

Constantly on the search for a product to prevent my bloating/distention. Unfortunately this also isn't it! Everyone is different, maybe this is the product for you. I bloat from literally anything and everything including water, and taking this in advance didn't seem to temper any of that for me.

Not Great

Unfortunately these maybe worked too well. After taking them with a meal I had to run to the bathroom. I only tried a couple of times to see if it was a one off but it wasn't.

Unfortunately did not work for me

The product made me very gassy and produced unpleasant-smelling farts. It did not help with my constipation as I was still not going to the bathroom on a regular basis.
