I love this mouse. I was afraid that it wouldn't be good for me as I can be particular about my peripherals, but this is great. First thing to note is that this is a regular sized mouse - and that was an absolute must for me. I started getting wrist pain once switching to a compact mouse (and I have a small hand, too) so I knew that I had to go back to using a regular sized mouse fast. I wanted to find the mouse I was using before but couldn't so I took a chance on this one. I'm so glad I got it right, especially because I don't use a mouse in the traditional manner - I use it diagonally, almost horizontally, so it had to be the right size to accommodate how I use it. The finish is clean, the feel is smooth, it works well (it doesn't lag), the wheel scrolls easily, and the buttons click properly - there really isn't much to say about it, though I do have a problem with the fact that it is a bit light. If it were a bit heavier it would be perfect, but for what it offers me - especially wrist relief and a smooth experience - it still gets 5 stars.
