Not what I expected

I used this body detox to help remove waste while dieting. I expected it to help with moving my bowels regularly and bloat. This product made me more bloated and made my bowels loose for days. I took as directed. Drank the directed amount of water, no caffeine. Also the capsule smell like a “Cleaner “ you would clean your home with. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
