Great Vitamin D Option!

I am always leery of vitamins with our kiddos because they can be really picky. BUT our 3.5-year-old was down to try The Kids Vitamin Doctor Strawberry Vitamin D Spray AND keeps having it. I figured worst case scenario I would squirt some in his water, but so far so good! I did test it, and thought I wasn’t a huge fan of the underlying taste, he has not seemed to mind at all. It does give off a strawberry flavour. The spray format is also much easier. I may even try and sneak spray the older one when he is sleeping lol. It does come with a higher price point which might be a deterrent. As with anything else, it’s the daily remembering that also proves tricky. I do appreciate that this spray checks some important boxes like it delivers a full 600 IU (15 mcg) of vitamin D3 in just one spritz, is flavoured with natural strawberry and uses MCT oil as a base which are all good things for a supplement intended for kids. It’s especially useful here in Canada with less sun where getting vitamin D naturally can be a challenge, especially now with fall and then winter approaching
All in all, if you’re looking for a kid-friendly, convenient, non-gummy way to ensure vitamin D intake and you’re okay with the cost, this is a strong option.

Easy to use

This was super easy to use. I love the convenience of it. I have two children and one didn't mind the taste while the other said that she did not like it and it was a bit "funky". Other than that, no issues, just more of a preference in taste

Simple

. My daughters loves spray vitamins which make it easy for her to spray and use herself. I love the sugar free option and the 90 day supply but it needs a much better taste for her to use . She was not pleased with the flavouring of this one.
