Flavourless Instant Rice

I would like to start my review with saying I'm Asian, and do eat long grain rice and sushi rice on the regular. I personally felt like the rice took quite a long time to make even though the package stated it should take 7 minutes only. It was quite hard for me to remove the packaging cleanly. The rice definitely felt very healthy and very low sodium. I just had it as a lunch substitute in a hurry and it was quite tasteless. I was a bit surprised and was hoping for a bit more flavour.

Absolutely delicious and healthy meal! The rice is very tender, I tried it with avocado and cherry tomatoes and it’s just one love, the taste is tender but it’s not mashy and the most I’m happy that now I have wonderful healthy choice for my toddler lunch

Quick and Tasty Rice!

The convenience of this Chicken Mushroom Flavour rice from The Rice Stuff Box is a total selling-point for me. It was easy and quick to prepare and no mess. Pretty much just add boiling water and let it sit - how much simpler could it get? These would be perfect to take to work. The amount of rice is generous and the taste was pretty good. It didn't necessarily remind me of takeout fried rice but I enjoyed the flavours. An added plus is that this rice is all the things - gluten free, dairy free, vegan AND made in Canada! I saw these at my local Costco and I'll likely buy them in the future.

I recently received the Stir-Fry flavor of the Rice Stuff Box, free from @thisisbutterly in return for my honest review. This easy, quick lunch option is a total winner. It has that classic fried rice feel, with jasmine rice, savory seasoning, and just the right amount of flavor. It was a super satisfying working lunch option.

Tastes good!

I’m surprised how easy and convenient @thericestuffbox Fried Rice Style is! It’s so easy to prepare, simply add water and microwave for 2 mins. It tastes so good too!

Instant fried rice in 2 minutes!

I eat rice everyday! Rice is life for me and when I received this product, i tried it right away! This is a legit instant food! In just 2 minutes it’s ready to eat. I love the flavour really tasty! Less salty which is great because I can share it with my kids. This is a really meal good when travelling. All you need is a half cup of hot water and you’re good! Or microwave it for 2 minutes. Very convenient! Good for travelling or emergency meal! Can’t wait to try the other flavours!

Not great tasted like instant noodles

I wish I could give a higher rating but overall I wasn’t very happy with the taste it was very salty and had a funny after taste I wouldn’t personally buy it and because it had two high risk ingredients I won’t be consuming it.

Like a yummy take out dish

I absolutely love this flavor. It tasks like a Chinese take out dish all from the convenience of the microwave. I love throwing these in my purse to have as a lunch option.
