Falling apart at the seams

My mom and myself bought toms together, while I wore mine almost daily, She on the other hand wore hers very little. Moms shoes were tearing at the heal area within the first few days of getting them and my soles were coming out ! Bad pair ? Who knows... but will I buy again ? That’s a question that I would have to contimplate for a long time
