Decent toner

This is a really good toner, it helps any serums I put on after absorb better and has pretty good moisturizing capabilities. I think this is more the consistency of an essence as it's more viscous than the average toner which is usually more watery probably due to the Glycereth-26 (the second ingredient) which both thickens as well as is a good skin softener. Personally a skin softener isn't the main thing I feel I need for myself, but would think this would be highly beneficial for someone with rougher skin than I. Particularly someone 30+. It's a good quality toner but doesn't fit my personal needs so I likely won't be buying it again
