Worked Great

Tried this on a whim and it worked great. Within a few hours my congestion pressure felt much better and headache was gone. Did not feel drowsy using the day dosage. At night, the dosage helped me sleep through the night. Would recommend and take again.

Best over the counter flu medication I have found, out does anything I have use. Works fast, last longer then others, and doesn't effect my sugar levels like most flu medication.

Essential item for the flu season

Tylenol flu and cold is a must in our medical cabinet. I would highly recommend this medication to everyone. This product truly helps us deal with the flu and shortness the sickness period.

No one likes to catch a cold or the flu but at least there is over the counter help from Tylenol Cold and Flu. It works really fast and starts to relieve symptoms like chills and fever so I'm not in bed all day.

Helped with my flu

Caught the flu bug while travelling and hurt all over the place. Took some of these during the day to manage my daily life then took the evening pills to help me sleep and they did. Managed to sleep through the night when I would have normally woke every few hours. Helped to settle some of the aches and pains I had as well.

Pretty much the only thing that relieves sinus headaches in our house. I'm an ibuprofen person for regular headaches or body pain, but that just doesn't do the trick for sinus headaches. In the past I've used a products like Sudafed and Advil, but even this combo does not work as well as Tylenol Sinus.
