The soft close drawers are my favourite part, they close quietly and smoothly, adding a nice touch of luxury. That said, the drawers can be a little tight to open, requiring just a bit more effort than you'd expect. But honestly, that’s a small trade off for how practical and stylish the whole setup is.

I would like to start with this has been a great solution for us, as we wanted to make a change in our sons closet to make his hanging clothes more accessible to him and also provide a bit more storage. This has been a great solution.

The shelf quality is amazing, I'm really impressed.

Assembly was straight forward all materials were there. My son and husband had a great time putting this closet organizer together.

We ran into 2 issues. The first was availability, we could not find this organizer in 2 stores that are local to us. I went in and asked to have it ordered for pick up, I was told no and given separate 2 locations both an hour away to go pick up. Which i thought was strange. We did end up going to one of the locations. But this is definitely not feasible for most people.

The second issue is the drawers. They are hard to open and close. Even after we had attempted to trouble shoot and fix.

Otherwise this is a great quality organizer we are excited to have and love the stylish look of natural wood and black.
