I've been trying alot of gluteen free breads and so far this one is the best and tastes like an actual bagel. Tthe price is pretty steep and you only get 4 bagels in a pack. So I try to stretch out the longevity of the bagels as long as I can. I also find they burn easily in the toaster, so you need to play around with the settings to get it the way you like.
