Taste like cardboard, crack when I try do do anything involving bending it...not worth my money or the calories...could possibly be used for a pizza crust, but they already offer that product.
I have been on the hunt for a gluten free wrap that holds up to it's gluten containing counterparts. When I finally found the Udi's gluten free tortillas it was a very happy moment for me! These wraps don't tear or rip the way other gluten free wraps do. They are a nice size and have a good texture as well. I have used them for basic wraps, quesadillas and homemade nacho chips. The price can be fair, depending on where you shop...I usually try to stock up when they are on sale and then keep them in the freezer.
Udi's Gluten Free Plain Tortillas are the best gluten free tortillas I have come across yet! They are actually soft like it says on the package - lol! I have tried many brands and my biggest complaint is that the gluten free ones have a tendancy to crack and split and are very dry. Not so with Udi's brand. They stay soft and moist for tacos, wraps and quesadillas. One tortilla comes in at 170 calories which is quite good as well. If you're into gluten free I definately recommend picking up a package - well worth the $$. #ChickAdvisorChristmasContest
