Great value for Collagen

I purchased this collagen from costco as it was on sale. I am used to taking the powder collagen and liked the fact that these were in tablets so that I can bring with me while traveling.
I dont care for having to take 6 large tablets per day but you get used to it. I noticed nail growth since I started taking it and my joints are not as achy.

I Jumped on the Collagen Bandwagon!

I have been taking these collagen supplements for 2 months - 6 tablets a day which I find to be a lot. I started taking them for joint pain but they say it can take up to 5 months to notice any difference in that regard so i'm on the fence, it has however made my hair grow crazy fast and my nails! So for hair and nails it's great, joint pain i'm still waiting. The price was right as they were purchased at Costco for $20 but taking 6 tabs a day is not fun, when this bottle is gone I will switch to a powder.
