I normally don't wear lipstick because I was blessed with natural red lips, but this lipstick might just change my mind! I found that it wasn't too pigmented and allowed me to choose how much color I wanted it on my lips. I like that it can be buildable. I found that the lipstick hydrated my lips to the point that I didn't need to reapply often and it left my lips feeling very smooth and hydrated. I would equate the texture to a very nice lip balm or lip oil. I really like all the colour options! You can mix a match depending on your mood or outfit.

Overall, it is a very nice lipstick and I will be getting it in other shades! 🩷

Nice hydration with YSL hybrid lip product

I received YSL Loveshine lip oil stick in two shades, 150 Nude Lingerie and 44 Nude Lavalliere, for free to review via Butterly. Both are subtle, semi-transparent light nude pink tones. 150 is a more true pink/neutral and 44 is a bit warmer from my perspective. It has a bit more terra cotta undertone. I tend to go for cool or neutral pinks, so of the two, 150 is my preferred. I also tried blending them and liked the result.

This lip oil is a nice formula, lightweight and pleasant to use and wear. My lips tend to be dry so a hydrating lip oil stick formula is welcome. I like that it’s buildable so you can adjust the level of shine and colour. This YSL lip oil would also be a nice for wearing over some lipsticks for added shine or to change up colours.

YSL lip oil stick feels great

I received YSL Loveshine lip oil stick in two shades, 150 Nude Lingerie and 44 Nude Lavalliere, for free to review via Butterly. This is a lovely formula, very lightweight. My lips tend to be dry so this hydrating lip oil stick formula is ideal. And I like that it’s buildable so you can play with the amount of shine and colour, starting with barely there. This lip oil would also be a nice for wearing over another lipstick for added shine.

YSL Loveshine is a pleasant to wear lip product. I would like to try pinks in middle shades from this line.

Soft and Subtle

This colour doesn't really show up on my lips but the formula feels really nice and comfortable. It's extremely thin and leaves a nice shine that's not overly obvious. Overall, super pretty!

Comfy and Pretty!

This lip oil stick feels great on, applying a thin layer that's comfortable and leaves a nice and subtle shine. The colour is also subtle and pretty. My only negative comment would be that this formula settles into my lip lines given it's so thin.

Surprisingly hydrating!

I can sometimes be a little hesitant purchasing lip products for fear they will dry out my lips. I was pleasantly surprised with this product did the exact opposite! An amazing hybrid of a lip balm, coupled with a light colour payoff. Such a luxe way to enjoy a lip product that serves many purposes
