in love with loveshine

the formula is like a thin, light lip oil in a stick, complete with the iconic ysl mango seed oil. i had previously tried shade 44, beautiful light cool pink, and was unsure about the colour, so i’m extremely get be able to try shade 150, which is a warmer burnt peach nude with a slight sheen and it’s a perfect mlbb. this is definitely my colour.

The packaging is of course gorgeous and high quality with the traditional luxe YSL lipstick component. So beautiful and light catching.

The shade (44) Nude Lavalliere is a really pretty pale nude pink shade- it pairs beautifully with a lip liner.

On application it glides on very smoothly and feels like a nourishing lip oil/balm but has the colour and pigment of a high shine lipstick. It hydrates my lips deeply and is very comfortable and smooth on the lips.

I love the yummy sweet candy like scent and how nourishing it has been on my dry lips. It helps smooth out my lip lines and make my lips look and feel more plump and nourished all while looking pretty and shiny! It lasts long as well so no need for constant reapplication which is a huge plus!

Every day summer shade love it

First thing look the packaging it's really beautiful and shiny! Just like the shine of these lipsticks. If you love bit of pop of color and lots of shine you better get your hands on these. Its a lightweight , very comfortable and moisturizing formula.

Shade 44 is one of my favorite it is a perfect nude with a hint of pink undertone. I think this shade is perfect for everyday use. For me it's a perfect summer shade with a beautiful shine

Shade 150 which is a beautiful is a deeper warm nude shade with a hint of beige and coral undertone. More of a natural beautiful look.

Not my colour, but great product!

This was my first time trying YSL lipstick, and it did not disappoint from a quality standpoint. The packaging is stunning and you can tell instantly that it’s from a luxury brand. This product glides on easily and provides a hydrating and shiny finish. This colour surprised me a little in that it was a bit more ‘bright’ pink than I would have anticipated. It’s not necessarily my favourite colour on my skin tone, but the actual product is great. Would I buy this specific colour again? No. But I would definitely purchase this lipstick in a different shade as they feel really natural when wearing them, and doesn’t leave a stick or weird residue feeling.

This was my first time trying YSL lipstick, and it did not disappoint. This product glides on easily and provides a hydrating and shiny finish. The colour is subtle, but does add a little extra to your look without going over the top. This is definitely more of a natural looking lipstick, and whats great about it is that its not sticky or leaves a weird residue.

A nice shimmer

These lipsticks have a great smooth texture and glide on with ease. They add a really nice shimmer and shine and provide lots of moisture to your lips.
Like most YSL products, the packaging is absolutely stunning and elegant. I prefer a more pigmented lipstick as these just add a pop of colour and shine to your lips. For the price tag I would expect a bit *more* from this brand.
