It works! Take a shot of this an hour before bed, relax and you’ll be out within the hour. I prefer to stay up late and this helps to shut off and sleep at a decent time so you can feel well rested in the morning and for the day ahead.

The liquid form of ZzzQuil works way better for me then the gel capsules, its more costly, but worth every penny.
The flavor is like mixed berries, not too sweet, and yes it is kinda warming. I fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep all night and I don't wake up feeling groggy. The bottle has a child lock on it and it comes with a small cup with the MLs labeled on the side for easy dosage.
I love that its 'not habit forming', a big plus as I suffer from sleeplessness often.
