Search for a multipurpose balm that soothes irritation while healing; pick a simpler cream or petroleum jelly (eg. Vaseline) for prevention.
Our Tip: not every baby's bottom responds well to the moisture of a cream on irritated skin. If you're struggling to get Baby's rash under control, try alternating cream treatments with a cornstarch-based baby powder to keep her dry.

My son has been known to get some pretty bad diaper rashes when we switch diaper brands and this is always our go to. It clears it right up within a few hours wouldn’t use anything else.

The hubby introduced me to this first aid ointment however I still have no idea what exactly is in this. And in all honesty I’ve only apply this to my husband for burns and minor cuts and it seems to do just as good of a job as antibiotic gel or first aide burn ointment...

This is an effective, environmentally friendly diaper cream, that is great to use when you are cloth diapering. It does not leave residue or build up on cloth diapers, and does not impact their absorbency. My only critique is that it is a bit pricey. I would still recommend.

I love this Gel! It is not really a diaper cream but I had to put it under this category! I love the smell and how it makes my daughters Diaper area feel and look! It is a soothing gel with aloe, lavender and yarrow! I have nothing much good things to say about it :)

Love this for my kids, Ever since I found it i've used it on my two youngest since they were a couple months old, It keep their skin so soft and especially helps in the winter. 10/10 reccomend for your little ones

I am really happy with this cream, a little goes a long way. It is not greasy on my hands, it is easy to apply and my baby's but doesn't have any rash. I find it easier to use (with a tube), than putting my fingers inside a jar.
