I use Gourmet Maraschino Cherries in extra thick syrup to cut up into small pieces as decorations for the tops of square shortbread cookies at Christmas time. The cherries come in red and green too, which is sometimes fun for a change of colour.

You get a good amount of individually wrapped biscottis. They are great party favours as well and you can personalize them by adding a wrapping or bow. They are also amazing with coffee. However they do contain nuts so they are not allergy friendly.
