These are really nice waffles. THey are light and you would never know they are gluten free. I wish they were a bit more thicker and the blieberry was more predominant in taste, you don't really taste them.

I didn't have high hopes trying this mix. Boy was I wrong. It is so easy to make, tastes delicious. I used it to make muffins also with great results. Can't wait for new flavors to come out. I'll definitely be trying more.
