Although this is. Madras I was expecting extreme heat. I was a little disappointed I didn’t get it but the rest of the family loved it. Give it a try but don’t expect it to blow you away.

I love keeping classico sauce in my pantry. Quick grab to use for quick dinner of pasta and sauce. The Alfredo sauce fell a bit flat compared to other sauces we have used in the past.

I use this to make BBQ chicken sandwiches for lunch. Its expensive but a little goes a long way and I LOVE the rootbeer taste. Goes great with a smokey cheese!

There is a sweetness to it that balances out the spicy side perfectly. When I cooked it, I added milk to tone down the heat level and even with all the milk I added, it did not lose flavour. I did have to thicken it up with cornstarch but that's not a big deal.

I've always been a fan of Classico I don't usually buy anything else unless it's a really good deal. I will continue to use Classico for all my pasta needs.
