I got this little blue pot as a sample . It came with not only the pot but a packet ofNeilMed sinus rinse and directions on how to use and clean it after use I was very satisfied with the results for my allergies and will stick with it. So easy to use and effective relief for me.

I have tried this product several times and it is a hit and miss. Sometimes it works great and I am asleep within 30 minutes and sometimes it makes me super hyper and I cannot sleep at all.
