I am not sure about the quality of these vitamins or how much your body actually absorbs from these, but my kids sure love them! They do tend to be quite a bit more expensive than other kids gummy vitamins, so I usually only buy these when they go on sale.

Like the combination of calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D in this mix, much better than taking three seperate vitamins. Decent price considering the combination, and not HUGE pills that i can't get down!
