This a great product for preventive or during a cold. It co tains vitamin C and zinc to help boost your immune system. For people that dont like taking pills or the chewables this is for you. Drop a tablet in cold water to disolve then drink it. It is mild flavour easy to drink.

This supplement has mostly various types of vitamin B and some Biotin. It helps with immune system supports and provides nutrients for hair, skin and nails. Though a bit over priced this is worth it for a supplement that can make you feel better and more alert.

I have cystic fibrosis so I don't absorb fat soluble vitamins properly (including vitamin A) which means I have to take a lot of it in supplement form to keep my levels in check, This product is high quality and available at an affordable price. I highly recommend.
