Containing 200mg in each tablet, I really feel these chewable orange tablets are great value and help strengthen my immune system in the winter months...hopefully helping to stave off those winter bugs!

Centrum Select is a great vitamin. I find that it doesn't have an aftertaste like some vitamins. My overall health has inproved and my family takes it to and they seem to enjoy it also. Will purchase these vitamins again.
