I have tried many probiotics to help with my IBS and these are by far the best. They are pretty expensive for the amount you get but well worth it. With in a few days of taking the pills I noticed a big change!

Blah! I won this in a contest and really didnt enjoy the workout at all. I found the moves really difficult to follow and just ended up frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is just getting started, very discouraging.
