I used it to makemy teeth whiter and instead I received bleeding gums and really sore spots in my mouth, do not use if you have sensitive skin/gums/teeth, however itdid slightly work by making my teeth slightly whiter, I don't think it is worth it though.

Different and more eco-friendly way of tooth brushing. It's very easy to use these tabs and foam very well. I actually use a quarter of tab and it works well! One whole tab it's too much for me. This way the also last much longer, and it's good as they are a bit pricey.

Have been using this toothpaste for years and have come to learn that many of the ingredients are harsh over long term use. My dentist was shocked when I showed them what product I had been using. It does work well but it is too abrasive.

This toothpaste works pretty well and actually keeps your breath fresher longer than colgate. I havent finished the entire tub yet but it seems to be lasting me longer because I dont have to use as much paste as previous brands I've used in the past.
