I find that we get coupons for BBW that they make a big deal about honoring. Something about fake coupons being sent out...well hoe is that my fault especially when i show them how it was on FB.

I don't get the fuss with this store. The lotions smell terrible and are not hydrating. The scented cancles have almost no scent to them. I'd go with yankee candles in a hearbeat ovver this place. The staff I find are always rude and unhelpful. I avoid this place at all costs.
