This place is alright, but too expensive for their pizza. The quality or their salads and pizza are horrible.

I cant stand Boston Pizza. I am kind of a picky eater but not the worst by far and can usually find something on a menu to enjoy but all I ended up with was a plate of fries... how boring. I dont find their menu is diverse enough. I wont be going back anytime soon.

What I love about Boston Pizza is the variety on the menu ... we can bring the whole family in there and everyone finds something they want to eat, portion sizes are large and the biggest bonus is that they have gluten free pizza and my little one is thrilled with that. We usually pick up an extra one to bring home for her.

I visited the boston pizza in Ottawa and enjoy their quick and friendly service. Great food and selection as always.

I will never go back to a boston pizza for the rest of my life! I live in Niagara Falls Canada and can tell you the customer service is beyond terrible. Ihave twin daughters and every single time we went there was never a high chair available! there was no apologies or anything so we had to leave. You think with a town with so many tourists, they would have more then 2 high chairs. Never again!

I really enjoy going to Boston Pizza... it has a great atmosphere and always great service. I always order the same thing because its soooo good. It is def one of my favorite restaurants.

I have got to say, I am a major fan of Boston Pizza, whether Im meeting friends for a drink and some appys or Im going for a nice sit down dinner - BP never lets me down! Their prices vary so even the most budget concious friends are more than happy to meet you there without feeling uncomfortable, the atmosphere is great with the service being hit or miss depending on the location you choose, but I find this happens with a lot of places. My vote is to try the perogi pizza with the cheddar cooked and sour cream on the side. yummm. excuse me while I go eat lunch now..... Seriously though, dont underestimate Boston Pizza! :)

great family value for great food

We love going to Boston Pizza to try their many different types. Our favorite is the bruschetta pizza. It is mouth watering. Of course there are not too many that are bad tasting!

This restaurant has a good atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The food is delicious but I wish it had slightly bigger portions! I had a small version of a panzarotti (can't remember what it was called) and they gave each person a knife to cut it with. Unfortunately some of the metal knives couldn't cut through the thick crust lol. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, it was great. We went for my friend's birthday and if you tell the waiter (even on the spot) they give you a free birthday brownie and ice cream. We shared that!
