Cafe Tiramisu has changed a bit in quality within the last year.
It used to be a short walk from my house and I would head there
for brunch with friends quite often. I was just there on Friday and
my meal was just mediocre. They use a lot of local ingredients.
The fruit was awesome but my salmon crusto was just ok.
I never thought I would have an issue with too much toppings but
the ingredients did not compliment each other as I hoped.
Too much salmon and eggs. Not enough arugula and ricotta.
They serve awesome specialty coffees, delicious smoothies
and they have great salads too.
I wish I went with a fresh salad instead of the salmon
dish. I am not in a hurry to go back there. But it is a cute
environment for coffee or gelato.
