It’s a quiet little place and I wondered how good an Indian buffet would be, but I was genuinely surprised at the price and quality of the food. Its a full, fresh buffet of fragrant spices, colourful dishes and names I didn't have the courage to try to pronounce. The beef curry, the vegetarian dish with the fried eggplant, and the butter chicken were my picks. The buffet is $10.99 for lunch on weekdays and offers a variety of meats, spices and flavours. It seems that everyone can find something that they like - with lots of veggie options. I have taken a couple of Indian friends and they too said that this is excellent food... true to the spices and authentic. The service is excellent and they try hard to please. I've been back a few times with friends and work colleagues and have found that both the lunch buffet and the service are consistently top notch. They are well worth the try for lunch if you are in the area (Yonge @ St Clair).
