I've been to this salon for the first time last week and saw Racquel for a haircut. Not only did she spend the time to talk about my problems with my current haircut but she gave me exceptional service. She talked to me as she cut to make sure I was ok with all steps she did seeing as I was a bit skeptical in trying someone new. Not only did she deliver with an amazing cut and style, but her outgoing and funny personality made me really comfortable. The place was busy but there was a good vibe between all the co workers- I felt welcome. Everyone was nice and friendly! You could tell they were all friends, no cattiness. I will definitely be back there to see Racquel again!!
