I received a gift certificate to this store and was excited to check it out. It's cute and in a great location across from Trinity Bellwoods Park. I found the staff pleasant both times I was there. However, there is limited selection and everything is expensive. Wooden toys for $60 , sleepers for $85, cribs for $1200 . The price point definitely isn't for everyone.

But what ensured that I would not go back to this store was a sign in the bathroom taped onto the garbage can that said, "Please take your dirty diapers with you". I don't know about you, but I'm not keen on taking a steaming poop-filled diaper to go. The day I was there was 35 degrees plus humidity making it over 40 Celsius. I decided I'd rather break the rules than bring that bio hazard into the car with us.

I will never understand how a store that caters to children would not have a diaper genie in the bathroom. In my books that's an epic failure in customer service. For that reason (and the prices), I can't recommend this store.

This place is Hit & Miss. I have had a very friendly customer experience and then another time was completely ignored. The store owners should take note and be more attentive to who they hire & how their staff interact with customers.

This store offers way more than just high quality childrens clothes, they also have a selection of modern and trendy infant and children's furniture and strollers among other items (toys as well). The service leaves a little bit to be desired at times, but overall a great store with very high quality products.
