The facility is not great, but features a regulation-size swimming pool and a weight room. You can purchase punch cards in 10, 20, 30 quantities or go for a 3 month pass for $95 (single visits also avail). It ain't pretty but you can get a decent workout for cheap. They also have very affordable swimming lessons for all skill levels, as well as aquasizing, etc.
