I was recently introduced to Fresh on Spadina with a friend who is an avid fan of the restaurant. I was skeptical but I really enjoyed the meals that we had. I sampled the energy bowl and the buddha bowl but enjoyed the buddha bowl much better. I am a big meat person but I enjoyed Fresh for its vegetarian fare. I will definitely return to Fresh with vegetarian friends in the future.

I love fresh!! I am not a vegetarian and I would still rate it as some of the best food in the city. I usually get a wrap or the Warrior bowl (noodles or brown rice, cooked spinach and a chickpea/curry sauce.) Can't go wrong. The food is a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it (I usually get two meals out of whatever I eat because there is so much!) They offer sit down meals and take out and I guarantee you won't be disappointed with your meal.
