I know this salon is super hit and miss - my boyfriend gets his haircut there regularly, and almost never has the same stylist twice and NEVER gets the same haircut.

I went after much debating and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the great price. It's a bit of an intimidating shop and I think you would have to read other reviews to know who to ask for. I ended up with Michael and he was very friendly, and cut my hair exactly as I asked - nothing too drastic or high maintenance. Plus, despite having long hair, I was in and out in about an hour.
