My first class was this past Monday October 31st, 2016. As with many things, I was nervous as I did not know what to expect. From the minute I stepped into the door I was greeted from such a welcoming team. I was motivated and pushed to do my very best. It was such an amazing experience to be in that group exercise dynamic - and it helps that I felt like such a bad ass with the awesome techniques that are used in this workout. I am now thrilled to be apart of the family and I can't wait to get to my next class!

I have been attending iLoveKickboxing.com in Vaughan, On for almost a month now and all I have to say is WOW! I have attended many gyms, fitness programs and played many sports, and for the first time in a while I can actually say I enjoy physical activity. The first impression of the gym is fantastic, it is bright, clean and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Something that stuck with me was on my the first night one of the staff told me we pride ourselves on being a family and that's what it feel like to be part of this gym. I highly recommend this gym to whoever hates physical activity or who ever wants to learn how to kick box.#ILKBNATION
