I did have one freak out moment when the confirmation email said that the dress was on back order. I put my wedding together in two weeks so I really didn't have the time to try and get another dress. I dealt with their customer service and they were great. They ended up finding the dress in their store and got it to me on time despite the delay. I was very impressed and my daughter looked absolutely stunning for my wedding

Since dress is custom-made for customers by hand, she said it need about 4-6 weeks, today is the 5th week, i already got the dress in hand even though the shipping took about a week, I am extremely happy about the dress, cant to wait for my birthday :D

She only makes dresses, and specialize in dress, so if u ever need a dress for any occasion, i strong recommend her, also she have sample sales in her store, it starts from $29, defintiely a deal, must check out !!!

Joy Couture really cares about customer service, I originally wanted to buy another dress but it was temporarily out of stock. She recommended a couple of dresses to me and also gave me discount as compensation. So of course I chose the most expensive and most popular design of her new collection.

I said I will pick up the dress on Fri but I completely got off track Friday after work and I had to leave for a funeral to Montreal!! I did not have access to a computer and I thought I even had her number, but i guess i did not save it to my contact list!!! :o( I felt so bad, that I had her waiting around for a whole day, and that I ruined her plans as well as had her waiting around!!! But she was still very nice to me and didn't complain, although she could sell that dress to another customer who also want it urgent.
