This used to be such a great place. The quality of food has steadily declined and the customer service is horrible. My husband ordered their ribs - not only weren't they cooked, but they were still frozen in the centre when they arrived at our table. Yuck! We wrote to them to let them know of our 'wonderful' experience and ... a year and half later, I'm still waiting for a reply. The waitress was apologetic at the time, but nothing was taken off of our bill, nor was a dessert provided - something would have been nice.
