I can't say that I never go to no frills but I don't go very often. First I rarely carry cash so I'm annoyed when I have to go digging in my car for a quarter in order to release a cart to used. When I find a quarter and get my cart I often end up with expired or close to expired products. Their good prices aren't really good if you are throwing out products or eating low quality foods

No frills has pretty good products and grocery store. They have good sales which they usually sell out quick, so you do have to go early! Only problem is I usually don't have a quarter for the baskets!

Best prices in town. Not only does No Frills have great sales, their everyday shelf prices are the cheapest I have seen so far even compared to Superstore. No frills are typcially smaller and don't have an actual bakery or deli though, so you may have to make an extra stop elsewhere for those items. This store is also part of the PC Points program and I have received over $100 in free groceries in the last year.

No frills is similar to a bargain shop I believe you can find and buy in bulk as well. The one I have experience with is in a small town and it provides produce at a much better price than anywhere else.

their flyers stand out and have good deals
but not everything is a good deal
there are some things they dont carry.
or dont have enough selection like a bigger chain would have
other then that they have good variety and prices

No frills is my main grocery store. The produce and dairy sections are great. Since they don't have an in store bakery or butcher, I find the bread/buns and steaks are lacking when compared to stores like Safeway or save on foods, buts that's how the prices stay low. The service is really good and you can use coupons on top of their already lower prices.

I have no Frills close to home so thats where I do most of my shopping. They will have most of the groceries I need for good price. Love their sales that let us save some money.

This is a great store for bargains on your groceries , i now shop here more than my former grocery stores.
