Great taste!!

The location in Ottawa is super small - at least it was in 2016 when I went. I am not sure if it has changed now. The line was wrapped outside and was quite long. The people working there are super efficient though so they make the line go quickly. There are so many unique flavors and textures to choose from. I had one with pineapple and coconut over a vanilla soft serve. The servings are a good size (I got a large) and the toppings are fresh. The ice cream is thick and creamy. My sister got the cookies, cookies, cookies I believe it is called with various cookie pieces on top and she was obsessed! The price is good for the quality of what you get! I would highly recommend this on a hot summer day.

I first visited Sweet Jesus on the East Side of Toronto over a year ago and had wanted to try it for months. It didn't disappoint and I have been a loyal customer of the Sweet Jesus that opened in the Byward Market of Ottawa about a year ago.
The store itself is very small and narrow which makes it difficult/impossible to line up or get through the restaurant. The design of the shop front and inside is very attractive and bright. The staff are pleasant but it's generally very busy. There are often lines down the sidewalk to be served and there's a reason for it. My favourite order is a Krusty the Cone which is vanilla soft serve with three pieces of cotton candy with liquefied cotton candy poured on. It's a secret menu item at the Ottawa store, but they have plenty of unique and delicious creations available on their menu, and the offerings change every so often. They have ice creams with cookies, cereal, fruit, etc. with lots to choose from. They also started serving hot beverages in the winter. The ice creams come in size small or large, and you can choose between a cone and a cup. The small is around $6 and the large $8. I am constantly recommending this to friends and family and feel very strongly that everyone should experience it at least once!!
